Shipping Policies/ Local Pickup/Returns/Refunds

We can only ship within the US, and it is free.

All orders will be shipped within two days*. Please send your request for a preferred sample if you have one quickly.
*Although all new customers will experience a minimum 48-hour hold before their order ships, they will still receive a tracking number within that time.
Depending on the time and items ordered, repeat customers can ship as fast as the same day.

Shipping within the US is done through USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We work closely with our local carriers to ensure proper handling and pickup of your purchases.

We ship using Ground services whenever possible. Our soy products do not enjoy the frigid temperatures of air freight.

There are no expedited shipping options.

If you are local and want to pick up your order, you can arrange an appointment at our shop. We offer local pickup discounts. If you provide us with your location, we will assign you a personal code to use at checkout.

We do not accept returns.

All purchases are non-refundable. Please see FAQs for instructions if you have received a damaged item.
